Bonanza Square, Benalmadena, Spain
My Mum and Dad, Ron and Thelma Tyrer owned this apartment from new for 15 years and lived here for about six months every year. The summer months being spent on holidays, cruises or back in their English home in Clacton-on-Sea. Following the passing of Mum and Dad we purchased the property in 2002, mainly because of the very many precious memories we have whilst on holiday here.
As the new owners we have spent some time updating all the rooms so they are more suitable for holiday visits, but still trying to retain a family home feel. As we visit often we have kept many of our family pictures and Mum and Dads personal effects.
We think the apartment is in an ideal holiday location, close to the beach, restaurants and bars. It also has an excellent swimming pool. We are sure any one will have a wonderful stay.

My apartment is on the 2nd floor. It is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
Bedroom 1
This is the master with on-suite. It has a Super King Bed. There are 2 Juliet Balcony's.
Bedroom 2
This has a double bed and has doors that open onto the main balcony. Under the bed is a spare bed, suitable to be put in the lounge if needed for an extra guest
Bedroom 3
This has 2 single beds. It has a Juliet balcony overlooking the square. In the wardrobe I keep things for the swimming pool and beach.
Kitchen
This has a full size cooker and hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A stock of kitchen rolls, toilet rolls, bin liners and all cleaning products are kept in the kitchen cupboards.
Lounge/Dinning room
This contains Sofas, Table and Chairs. TV & WiFi is available.
The apartment comes with all linen and towels, including beach towels.
As it is my family home from home, cupboards are stocked with everything that you will need for cooking and cleaning. I leave some food, which my guests are able to use. I also have puzzles, cards and books for my guests to use.
